Device – an electronic device together with software through which the user gains access to the website.

Purpose of the Privacy Policy
The Administrator, as the owner of the website, respects the rights and freedoms of the website’s users and makes every effort to protect their data, with particular emphasis on the right to privacy protection. Therefore, we collect the minimum information that allows us to ensure the correct operation of the website, adapt it to constantly changing expectations and technologies, maintain the ability to contact users who complete forms, perform statistical analysis of the use of our website to further improve it and prepare the best possible content and increase its functionality. Among other things, for the purposes listed above, we collect and process the necessary data, including personal data, of users. In order to explain as accurately and clearly as possible the rules and mechanisms used in collecting and processing user data, we have created this Privacy Policy of the www.einparts.eu website.

By providing contact details, the user consents to their processing for the purpose of handling the request as well as to the sharing of this data with processors to the extent necessary to carry out the return contact (telecommunications operators, Poczta Polska, courier services, services related to named product licensing, hosting service providers, etc.). During the user’s visit to the website pages, data concerning that visit is automatically collected in the form of cookie files. This data includes, among other things, the user’s IP address, screen resolution, browser type, operating system type, domain name, etc. – this data does not allow for unambiguous identification of the user and is collected solely to ensure the correct functioning of the website, the continuity of a given session, and for statistical purposes. Who is the data controller
